Green mango juice recipe | How to prepare a tasty juice in different way

Usually, we use ripe mango for making mango juice. But, you can make mango juice in a different way using green mango. It is more refreshing during heated weather in countries, where green mangoes are mostly available during hot summer season. Here I used fresh green mango and boiled green mango which I preserved in the last year for green mango juice.  Fresh green mangoes are available during the season. But if you preserve the boiled mango you can prepare the tasty yummy mango juice during any time of the year.

Method 1

Ingredients for green mango juice

500g green mango

1 tbsp mint paste

1 tsp bit salt

½ tsp salt

1 cup sugar syrup

1 tsp mustard powder

½ tsp green chili paste

8 cup water

1 cup ice, crushed

Process for green mango juice

  • Peel the green mango and deseed.
  • Cut into small pieces.
  • Put green mango, mint paste, bit salt, sugar syrup, salt, mustard powder, chili paste, and water into the blender or juicer.
  • Blend all ingredients for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Green mango juice is ready to serve.
  • Serve the juice with crushed ice.

 

Method 2

Green Mango Juice

Preparation time 40 minutes
Cooking time 10 minutes
Total time 50 minutes

Ingredients for green mango juice

500g green mango

1 tsp bit salt

1 cup sugar

8 cup water

½ tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper powder

1 cup ice, crushed

Process for green mango juice

  • Cut the green mango and deseed.
  • Boil the mango and keep it for cooling.
  • Take out the mango meat removing the white part of the mango which is in the middle from the boiled mango.
  • Blend the mango meat, sugar, salt, bit salt, black pepper and water for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Green mango juice is ready to serve.
  • Serve the juice with crushed ice.

Green mango juice

 

Preparation time 20 minutes
Cooking time 35 minutes
Total time 55 minutes

Ingredients for green mango juice

500g green mango

1 tsp bit salt

2 cup sugar

½ tsp green chili paste

1 tsp cumin seeds, grounded

4 cup water

1 cup ice, crushed

Process for green mango juice

  • Cut the green mango into long slices and deseed.
  • Boil the mango when the mango half boiled drain out the water.
  • Then boil again with fresh water and boil until tender.
  • Remove the hard white part of mango which is in the middle.
  • Put boiled mango with water, bit salt, sugar, cumin seeds, and chili paste into the blender or juicer.
  • Blend all ingredients for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Green mango juice is ready to serve.
  • Serve the juice with crushed ice.
