Ingredients for mixed salad 1

  • 2 medium-size cucumbers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 green chilies
  • 2 teaspoon coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon mustard oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Process

Step 1

Remove skin from cucumbers and cut them into small slices. Slice the tomatoes and onion into similar sizes, cut green chilies into small slices.

Step 2

Mix all cucumber, tomatoes, and onion slices in a dish. Add mustard oil, coriander leaves, green chilies, and salt to the vegetable mixture. Mixed gently.

The simple and fresh mixed salad is ready for serve.
