Ingredients for mixed salad 1

2 medium size cucumbers

2 tomatoes

1 onion

3 green chilies

2 tsp coriander leaves

1 tbsp mustard oil

½ tsp salt

Process for mixed salad 1

Step 1

Remove skin from cucumbers and cut into small slices. Slice the tomatoes and onion into the similar sizes, cut green chilies into small slices.

Step 2

Mix all cucumber, tomatoes, and onion slices in a dish. Add mustard oil, coriander leaves, green chilies, and salt to the vegetable mixture. Mixed gently.

The simple and fresh mixed salad is ready for serve.

½ cup cucumber, sliced

½ cup carrot, sliced

1/3 tsp salt

¼ cup cabbage, sliced

¼ cup green apple, sliced

2 tbsp meridian chili sauce

¼ cup pomegranate

 

Process for mixed salad 2

Step 1

Peel cucumber, carrot, and apple. Slice cucumber, apple, and carrot into thin slice. Wash cabbage and cut into thin slice. Separate pomegranate seeds from the shell.

Step 2

Mix all vegetables and fruits in a deep bowl. Add salt and sauce to the mixed vegetables and fruits. This salad will look like juicy.

Step 1

Peel cucumber and apple. Cut cucumber and apple into 1 x 1-inch size. Slice the tomato, onion, and mint with a sharp knife.

Step 2

Mix cucumber, apple, tomato, onion, and chili in a large bowl. Add cashew nut and mint leaves to the vegetables and fruits mixture.

Step 3

Add sauce and salt to the vegetables and fruits mixture. Tasty and yummy mixed salad is ready to serve. Serve the salad with pulao, rice, or biryani.
