Wood Apple juice and other 2 fruits juice

We know juice is good for our health. Nowadays soft drink is a favorite to our kids. Instead of soft drinks, you can give them different types of juice or smoothie. Here I described wood apple juice and another 2 fruits are strawberries and coconut juice. These are very healthy juices, especially for kids. All the fruits which I used here these are available in our marketplace.

Wood Apple Juice Recipe

Preparation time 15 minutes
Cooking time 10 minutes
Total time 25 minutes
Servings 4

 

Ingredients for wood apple juice

1 pcs ripe wood apple

4 cups cold water

1 cup sugar or syrup

½ cup crushed ice

½ cup milk (If you wish)

Process for wood apple juice

  • Deseed the wood apple and scoop out the sticky part.
  • Soak the remaining part of the fruit with 1 cup water.
  • Sift the mixture with a wide-gapped sieve.
  • Add sugar or syrup with the monkey fruit.
  • Serve the juice with crushed ice or put one 1-2 cube in the juice glass.

Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients for strawberry smoothie

1 cup strawberry

1 banana

½ cup ice cream

1 cup liquid milk

1 tbsp sugar

½ cup ice, crushed

 

Process for strawberry smoothie

  • Peel the banana and sliced. Put into the blender or juicer.
  • Wash strawberry and put into the blender.
  • Add ice cream, milk, and sugar to the blender.
  • Blend the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Serve the strawberry smoothie with crushed ice.

Coconut milk Juice

Preparation time 20 minutes
Cooking time 20 minutes
Total time 40 minutes

Ingredients for coconut milk juice

500g coconut, shredded

1 tin condensed milk

4 cup water

4 tbsp lemon

1 tbsp lemon rind

1 cup ice, crushed

 

Process for coconut milk juice

  • Blend coconut with 1 cup water.
  • Take out milk from coconut.
  • Add another 1 cup water with coconut milk.
  • Add 1 cup water with condensed milk.
  • Add lemon juice and coconut milk to the condensed milk mixture.
  • Keep the juice in the freezer.
  • Serve the coconut milk juice with lemon rind and crushed ice.
