  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 4 pieces, tomato
  • ¼ teaspoon ajinomoto
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • Salt as per needed
  • Oil as per needed
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup corn flour
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 11/2cup water
  • For marination
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons garlic paste
  • 1teaspoon ginger paste

Process for cauliflower recipes

Step 1

Take cauliflower in a bowl. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, soya sauce, black pepper powder, and salt to the cauliflower. Marinated for 15 to minutes.

Step 2

Mix flour, corn flour, baking powder, and salt altogether. Add water slowly to the mixture and make a batter.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan. Dip the cauliflower pieces into the batter and fry until golden brown. Take out and Keep it on a kitchen towel aside. Cut tomato into 4 pieces. Fry the tomato pieces over medium heat. Take out the tomato from the oil and put the tomato pieces into the rest of marinated ingredients. Add ajinamoto, soya sauce, and salt to the mixture. Then add cauliflower to the mixture.

Step 4

Heat a pan and put the cauliflower and tomato mixture to the pan. Stir it for 2 minutes. Switch off the burner and decorate the tomato cauliflower with spring onion.

  • 3 cups cauliflower
  • ½ cup carrot slice
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic paste
  • ½ cup onion slice
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • ¼ teaspoon ajinomoto

Process for cauliflower fry

Step 1

Put two cups water in a deep pan. Boil the water and add one tsp salt to the water. Add cauliflower after boiling the water. Boil cauliflower for 2/3 minutes. Don’t cover with a lid. Take out cauliflowers from the pan. Add carrot slice to the boil water. Boil the carrot slice for one minute. Take out the carrot slice from water and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat another pan and put oil. Add carrot slice after heating the oil. Fry for one minute over high heat. Take out the carrot slice and keep it aside. Add boiled cauliflower, ginger paste, garlic paste, onion slice, black pepper, salt, and ajinomoto to the oil. Stir and fry these for three to four minutes.

  • 3 cups cauliflower
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Ajinomoto
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour (dilute in ½ cup water)
  • ½ cup pineapple slice
  • Salt as per taste

Process for sweet and sour cauliflower recipe

Step 1

Put two cups water in a deep pan. Boil the water and add one tsp salt to the water. Add cauliflower after boiling the water. Boil cauliflower for one minutes. Don’t cover with a lid. Take out cauliflowers from the pan. Keep it aside. Remove the skin of onion and cut it into four pieces.

Step 2

Heat a pan and put oil. Add onion slice and fry it for one minute. Add cauliflower, ajinomoto, salt, and black pepper powder to the oil. Fry all ingredients for three minutes over high heat. After three minutes add soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, and water to the cauliflower mixture. Mix corn flour with ½ cup water and add the dilute corn flour to the cauliflower mixture. Stir it gently and cook for three minutes. Add pineapple slice before take out the vegetables form the pan.

Serve the sweet n sour cauliflower with tortilla or rice or pulao.
