We can cook different types of oats recipes. Here 4 oats recipes are discussed with my friends. These are very good for diabetes food as well as weight loss recipes. These oats recipes are easy to prepare and delicious as well. Hope you will enjoy these recipes.

Oats with yogurt

Ingredients for oats with yogurt
- 2 tablespoon oats (roasted and powder)
- 1 cup yogurt (Low fat)
- 1 tablespoon sugar substitute
- 2 teaspoon caramelized sugar
- 4-5 drops vanilla essence
- ½ cup fresh fruit, diced (for decoration)
Process
Step 1
Fry oats in a frying pan for 3-5 minutes. Blend fried oats with the magic bullet.
Step 2
Mix yogurt and sugar substitute gently. Add oats powder to the yogurt mixture. Add vanilla essence to the oats mixture.
Step 3
Keep the mixture in the freezer for 30-45 minutes. Oats with yogurt is ready to serve. Serve with diced fruits.
Oats Recipes: banana pancake

Ingredients for oats banana pancake
- 200g oats (powder)
- 1 piece banana (ripe)
- ¼ cup flour
- 2 eggs white
- 100ml milk (skimmed)
- 1 tablespoon sugar substitute
- 5-6 drops vanilla essence
Process
Step 1
Fry oats in a frying pan for 3-5 minutes. Blend fried oats with the magic bullet.
Step 2
Put banana and milk into the mixture and blend it gently. Make puree.
Step 3
Add oats powder, flour, egg’s white, vanilla essence, and sugar substitute to the puree. Make a thick batter for the pancake. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Heat a frying pan and put 2 tbsp of batter. Spread the batter and cover with a lid. Fry it for 2-3 minutes with a medium beam. When the pancake sides become brown take off the cake from the pan. Do this process with the rest of the batter.
Oats banana pancake is ready to serve.

Ingredients for oats with carrot
- 30g oats (roasted)
- 500ml milk (skimmed)
- 50g carrot (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon sugar substitute
Process
Step 1
Add carrot slice to milk and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 2
Add roasted oats to the milk mixture and cook it with a medium beam.
Step 3
Add sugar substitute to the mixture and cook it for 3-5 minutes with low beam.
Step 4
Oats with carrot is ready to serve.
Oats with carrot
Ingredients
- 30g oats (roasted)
- 500ml milk (skimmed)
- 50g carrot (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon sugar substitute
Instructions
- Add carrot slice to milk and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add roasted oats to the milk mixture and cook it with a medium beam.
- Add sugar substitute to the mixture and cook it for 3-5 minutes with a low beam.
- Oats with carrot is ready to serve.

Ingredients for oats paratha
- 50g oats powder
- ½ cup wheat flour
- ½ cup milk (skimmed)
- 1 pinch salt
- For filling
- 100g spinach, sliced
- ½ teaspoon ginger, sliced
- ½ teaspoon garlic, sliced
- 50g cheese (low fat)
- ½ teaspoon green chili, sliced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
Process
Step1
Mix oats powder, milk, and salt in a bowl. Make dough. If needed add water for making a perfect dough. Cover it and keep it aside.
Step 2
Heat a non-stick frying pan. Put oil and add the ginger slice, garlic slice, and chili slice to the oil. Add yogurt and stir it for 2-3 minutes. Then add a spinach slice and cook it with a medium beam. Add chili powder, salt, and cheese. Cook until dry.
Step 3
Divided the dough into 4 portions. Make a hole in each ball and put spinach mixture filling the hole. Roll out the ball on a lightly floured board into thin circles. Make all parathas with the same process.
Step 4
Fry the paratha with medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Oats paratha is ready to serve.
