Ingredients for egg salad recipes

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 medium-size potatoes
  • 1 small size cauliflower
  • 1 green capsicum
  • 4 green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon French dressing
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • Cut all vegetables and onion.
  • Boil eggs with egg cooker.
  • Boil potato, carrot, cauliflower, and onion.
  • Remove skin from potato and cut the potato into dice shape.
  • Cut green chili, egg, and capsicum into long pieces.
  • Mix all vegetables and egg with mayonnaise, salt, sugar, tomato sauce, lemon juice, French dressing, and pepper.
  • Transfer the salad in a serving dish.
  • Egg salad is ready.
  • Serve the salad with your main dish.

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 small seedless cucumbers
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 pieces dill(Cucumber) pickles
  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • Boil the egg for 25-30 minutes.
  • Peel the eggs. Chop into medium size.
  • Cut the cucumbers and pickle cucumbers into cube size.
  • Add cucumber, egg, and pickled cucumber in a bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise and salt to the salad mixture.
  • Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
  • Egg salad with cucumber is ready to serve.
  • Serve with the main dish.

  • 200 g potato
  • 8 piece eggs
  • 100g onion
  • 2 tablespoons salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika


  • Wash potato.
  • Boil potatoes and eggs.
  • Peel the potatoes and eggs.
  • Grate egg and potato with the grater.
  • Cut onion into Julianne size.
  • Mix potato, egg, and onion in a bowl.
  • Add salad dressing, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  • Sprinkle paprika over the salad.
  • Egg salad with potato is ready to serve.
  • Serve with any vegetable or tortilla or bread.
