Sometimes we take only salad when we are under diet control A party or dinner or lunch can hardly be completed without a salad dish. Ingredients for chicken salad recipes with pineapple:

  • 1 cup chicken, boneless, boiled, sliced
  • 250 gm pineapple, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon tomato, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, powdered
  • 100 gm onion, julienne cut
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper, powdered
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 6 tablespoon mayonnaise

Process

  • Squeeze and drain out all water from pineapple.
  • Mix chicken sliced, pineapple sliced, onion sliced, cilantro sliced, salt, black pepper, mustard powder, and white pepper.
  • Add mayonnaise to the salad mixture and garnish with tomato and cucumber before serving.
  • Chicken pineapple salad is ready to eat.
  • Serve the chicken pineapple salad with rice or pulao or paratha.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon almond
  • ½ cup cabbage, sliced
  • 3 tablespoon onion, sliced
  • 1 chicken breast, boiled and chopped
  • Dressing for chicken cabbage salad
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Process

  • Toast almonds and sesame seeds in an oven or burner until light brown.
  • Prepare salad dressing by adding oil, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Keep aside.
  • Add chicken slice, cabbage slice, onion slice and mix all together.
  • Add almonds and sesame seeds to the cabbage and chicken mixture.
  • Then add the salad dressing to the salad and toss lightly.
  • Chicken cabbage salad is ready to serve. You can chill the salad for the overnight before serving.
  • Serve the healthy chicken cabbage salad with rice or pulao or tortilla.
