Here I am going to describe two different chicken salad recipes with two different items. One is chicken salad with cabbage and another is chicken salad with pineapple. The salad is always healthy food if you check the nutrition value of these two recipes you will find that these are healthy and low-fat recipes. Sometimes we take only salad when we are under diet control A party or dinner or lunch can hardly be completed without a salad dish. Chicken salad recipes with pineapple

Ingredients for chicken salad recipes with pineapple:

1 cup chicken, boneless, boiled, sliced

250 gm pineapple, sliced

1tbsp tomato, sliced

1 tbsp cucumber, sliced

2 tbsp cilantro, sliced

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper, powdered

100 gm onion, julienne cut

1 tsp white pepper, powdered

1 tsp mustard powder

6 tbsp mayonnaise

Process for chicken salad recipes with pineapple:

  • Squeeze and drain out all water from pineapple.
  • Mix chicken sliced, pineapple sliced, onion sliced, cilantro sliced, salt, black pepper, mustard powder, and white pepper.
  • Add mayonnaise to the salad mixture and garnish with tomato and cucumber before serving.
  • Chicken pineapple salad is ready to eat.
  • Serve the chicken pineapple salad with rice or pulao or paratha.

Ingredients for chicken salad recipes with cabbage:

2 tbsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp almond

½ cup cabbage, sliced

3 tbsp onion, sliced

1 chicken breast, boiled and chopped

Dressing for chicken cabbage salad

½ cup vegetable oil

3 tbsp vinegar

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

Process for chicken salad recipes with cabbage:

  • Toast almonds and sesame seeds in an oven or burner until light brown.
  • Prepare salad dressing by adding oil, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Keep aside.
  • Add chicken slice, cabbage slice, onion slice and mix all together.
  • Add almonds and sesame seeds to the cabbage and chicken mixture.
  • Then add the salad dressing to the salad and toss lightly.
  • Chicken cabbage salad is ready to serve. You can chill the salad for the overnight before serving.
  • Serve the healthy chicken cabbage salad with rice or pulao or tortilla.
