Healthy Cauliflower Salad Recipe with Bell Peppe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • ¼ cup green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup yellow bell pepper
  • ¼ cup carrot
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • Salt as per taste
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the cauliflower florets and carrot in a pan for 5 minutes. Add salt as
    the water started boiling. Take out the pan from the burner once pieces of
    cauliflower florets and carrot are fork-tender. Drain out the water and take
    the boiled pieces of cauliflower florets and carrots in a small serving bowl.
  2. For making salad dressing put black pepper powder, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, mustard oil, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Whisk all ingredients and keep the salad dressing aside.
  3. Cut all bell pepper into cubic size. Add all bell pepper cubes to the boiled cauliflower florets and carrot. Mix all healthy vegetables very gently. Add salad dressing to the vegetables and coat with them. Sprinkle chili flakes over the salad.
  4. Healthy Cauliflower Salad with Bell Pepper is ready to serve.

Notes

You can add olive oil instead of mustard oil.

How to Cook Cauliflower Salad Recipe with Bell Pepper

Some of these vitamins and minerals are lost as we cook cauliflower or boil it more. Again, some people are allergic to raw cauliflower. For this reason, in this recipe, I have shown how to prepare a cauliflower salad with slightly boiled pieces of cauliflower and other attractive ingredients in it.

Step 1

Boil the pieces of cauliflower florets and carrot in a pan for 5 minutes. Add salt as the water started boiling. Take out the pan from the burner once pieces of cauliflower florets and carrot are fork-tender. Drain out the water and take the boiled pieces of cauliflower florets and carrots in a small serving bowl.

Step 2
