Ingredients

  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • ½ cup red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup orange bell pepper
  • ½ cup White vinegar
  • ½ cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cups Water
  • 4/5 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar, or sugar substitute
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon five spices
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Wash cauliflower floret and make it dry with a kitchen towel.
    Cut cauliflower floret into one bite-size.
  2. Cut green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red bell
    pepper into the same size. Peel the garlic cloves.
  3. Put white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, water, salt, sugar,
    five spices, and chili flakes in a deep saucepan. Heat the pan and bring to
    boil. Keep it for cooling.
  4. Put cauliflower florets, green bell pepper, red bell pepper,
    yellow bell pepper, and garlic cloves in a mason jar. Repeat the process. Pour
    the sauce over the cauliflower pickle. Keep it for cooling. Cover with a lid and keep it in the refrigerator.

Step 1

Wash cauliflower floret and make it dry with a kitchen towel. Cut cauliflower floret into one bite-size.

Step 2

Cut green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red bell pepper into the same size.

Remove skin from the garlic cloves.

Step 4

Put white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, water, salt, sugar, five spices, and chili flakes in a deep saucepan. Heat the pan and bring to boil. Keep it for cooling.

Step 5

Put cauliflower florets, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and garlic cloves in a mason jar. Repeat the process. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower pickle.

Step 6

Keep it for cooling. Cover with a lid and keep it in the refrigerator.
