  • 1 packet of alfredo pasta
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon celery, chopped
  • 3 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 eggs, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped

Instructions

    Boil alfredo pasta with oil and hot water. Drain out the water and keep the pasta aside.

    Make the cauliflower potato salad with bacon. Boil cauliflower florets (small size), bacon, and egg. Chopped bacon, egg, onion. Mix them and keep them aside in a bowl.

    Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, pepper, salt, mustard sauce, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar, paprika, and salt. Coat with cauliflower and bacon mixture.
