Ingredients

  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon celery, chopped
  • 3 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 eggs, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

Instructions

    Separate all florets from the cauliflower head. Wash and
    boil for 5-7 minutes or until tender. Drain well and dry them. Keep them aside.
    Cook bacon and chop. Boil the egg until it is hard and dice the eggs. Chop
    the onion, celery, and cilantro. Keep them aside.

    In a deep large bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard
    sauce, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper powder, and salt all together.

    Combine cauliflower floret, egg, celery, cilantro, onion,
    and bacon slices. Add salad dressing to the vegetables and coat with the
