Mint provides a good refreshing smell and it has many health benefits. People mostly used mint for garnishing. A pair of mint leaves enhances the gravity in the glass of fresh fruit drinks or fresh salad or chutney. Especially when we eat drinks with mint, it becomes more refreshing. Here I described 3 mint juice recipes which are quick and easy for preparing.

Mint juice recipes mojito

Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 5 minutes

Ingredients for mint mojito

1/2 cup lemon juice

250 ml soda water

1 tbsp mint leaves

4 pieces lemon slice

2 tbsp powdered sugar

1 cup ice, crushed

Process for mint mojito

  • Put lemon slices and mint leaves in a mortar and pestle. Press the ingredients for 2 minutes so that both smells can be mixed all together.
  • Put the mixture in two serving glass.
  • Add powdered sugar, crushed ice, lemon juice, and soda to the mint leave mixture.
  • Stir it very well.
  • Mint mojito is ready to serve.
  • Serve the mojito with a lemon slice.

100g cucumber

1 tbsp mint leaves

2 tbsp yogurt

1 tsp green chili

3 tbsp sugar

  • Peel the cucumber and cut into small pieces.
  • Put cucumber, mint leaves, salt, sugar, green chili, yogurt, and water into the blender or juicer.
  • Blend all ingredients for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Cucumber mint juice is ready to serve.
  • Serve the juice with crushed ice.
