Mint provides a good refreshing smell and it has many health benefits. People mostly used mint for garnishing. A pair of mint leaves enhances gravity in the glass of fresh fruit drinks, or fresh salad or chutney. Especially, when we eat drinks with mint, it becomes more refreshing. Here I described 3 mint juice recipes which are quick and easy for preparing.

 

Mint juice recipes mojito

Preparation time 10 minutes

Ingredients for mint juice recipes mojito

1/2 cup lemon juice

250 ml soda water

1 tbsp mint leaves

4 pieces lemon slice

2 tbsp powdered sugar

1 cup ice, crushed

 

Process for mint juice recipes mojito

  • Put lemon slices and mint leaves in a mortar and pestle. Press the ingredients for 2 minutes so that both smells can be mixed all together.
  • Put the mixture in two serving glass.
  • Add powdered sugar, crushed ice, lemon juice, and soda to the mint leave mixture.
  • Stir it very well.
  • Mint mojito is ready to serve.
  • Serve the mojito with a lemon slice.

100g cucumber

1 tbsp mint leaves

2 tbsp yogurt

1 tsp green chili

3 tbsp sugar

½ tsp bit salt

1 cup ice, crushed

2 cup water

  • Peel the cucumber and cut into small pieces.
  • Put cucumber, mint leaves, salt, sugar, green chili, yogurt, and water into the blender or juicer.
  • Blend all ingredients for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Cucumber mint juice is ready to serve.
  • Serve the juice with crushed ice.
