The salad dish at times also becomes a piece of decoration of the table. Here the rainbow salad is made of various colorful vegetables, making the salad a very attractive.

The salad is named rainbow salad, because of the seven different vegetables of 7 different colors similar to the rainbow. It is also tasty making a taste of the combination of seven vegetables with mayonnaise. It matches well with biryani or tehari or pulao.

Ingredients for rainbow salad

½ cup green cabbage, sliced

½ cup purple cabbage, sliced

1 carrot, sliced

1 tomato, sliced

½ cup beet, sliced

1 tbsp radish, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

½ capsicum, sliced

3 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp black pepper powder

½ tsp salt

Process for rainbow salad

  • Cut all vegetables into julienne cut with a vegetable slicer.
  • Add mayonnaise, black pepper, and salt to the vegetable slice.
  • Mix it well.
  • Rainbow salad is ready to serve.
  • Serve with pulao, biryani or tehari.

Radish with Tomato Hot Salad

Radish root makes various types of recipes; most of those are cooked with spices. Radish with Tomato Hot Salad is a recipe, not really cooked, except frying the red chili. The salad gives a very good smell and pungent taste with a mix of tomato and onion slices. It is good to eat rice with meat or another curry.

Preparation of the salad is very simple. You only need to slice the 3 main ingredients and then mix with mustard oil and red chili fry. Want to taste, just do it in your next meal.

Process for radish with hot tomato salad

  • Slice radish, tomato, and onion into julienne cut with a vegetable cutter or food processor.
  • Fry red chilies and crush into small pieces.
  • Mix all three main ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add Mustard oil, chilies, coriander leaves, and salt to the vegetables.
  • Your favorite radish hot salad is ready to eat.
  • Serve the salad with rice or pulao or any kind of meat.
