Chicken cilantro soup is a low-fat recipe as well as healthy food. Cilantro is a good source of the vitamin. It can help for increasing our immunity power. Here I will describe two cilantro soup recipes, those are hot chicken cilantro soup and cilantro soup. Enjoy cooking.

Hot Chicken Cilantro Soup

Preparation time:                 20 minutes

Cooking time:                     15 minutes

Total time:                       35 minutes

Servings:                         4 persons

Ingredients for chicken cilantro soup recipes:

500 g bone-In split chicken breasts with ribs

1 egg white

1 tbsp corn flour

¼ tsp garlic, sliced

1 tbsp onion, sliced

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp ginger, sliced

1 tbsp carrot, sliced

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp cilantro, sliced

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp black pepper powder

Process for chicken cilantro soup recipes:

  • Cut onion, ginger, garlic, carrot into a julienne size.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick deep pan over medium heat.
  • Add onion slice, garlic slice, ginger slice, and carrot slice to the oil.
  • Saute these for 1 minutes.
  • Add 4 cups water to the carrot mixture.
  • Cut the chicken breast in cubic size.
  • Add chicken to the mixture.
  • After boiling add lemon juice, sugar, salt, and black pepper powder.
  • Stir it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Take corn flour in a bowl and add ½ cup of normal water.
  • Mix it very well.
  • Add corn flour mixture to the chicken.
  • Separate egg white from the egg and beat the egg white.
  • Add white egg slowly to the soup. Stir continuously.
  • Then add sliced cilantro to the soup.
  • Hot chicken cilantro soup is ready to serve.
  • Turn off the burner. Take out the soup in your serving dish.
  • If you want to make this low-fat recipe more delicious you can add fresh cream to the soup.
  • Serve the soup as hot otherwise, the color of cilantro will be fade.

This cilantro soup recipe is very easy and healthy. For this recipe you need only few things.

Ingredients for cilantro soup recipes:

1 tsp onion slice

1 tsp ginger slice

4 cups vegetable stock

1 tsp garlic slice

1 tbsp carrot slice

2 tbsp cilantro leaves sliced

1 tsp corn flour

1 tsp black pepper powder

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tbsp oil

1 tsp salt

Process for cilantro soup recipes:

  • Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan.
  • Cut onion, ginger, garlic, and carrot into julienne size.
  • Add ginger slice, garlic slice and onion slice to the oil.
  • Saute for 1 minute.
  • Add carrot slice to the onion and saute for 1 minute.
  • Then add vegetable stock to the carrot mixture.
  • After boiling add salt and black pepper powder.
  • Add normal water to the cornflour powder.
  • And add corn flour mixture to the vegetable stock.
  • Stir it continuously.
  • Add lemon juice to the soup. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Then add cilantro leaves to the soup.
  • Cilantro soup is ready to serve.
  • Turn off the burner and take out the soup from the pan in a serving bowl.
  • Serve the healthy cilantro soup.
