Ingredients fro chicken soup

  • 500 g bone-in split chicken breasts with ribs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • ¼ tsp garlic, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon ginger, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon carrot, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

How to cook Hot Soup

  • Cut onion, ginger, garlic, carrot into a julienne size.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick deep pan over medium heat.
  • Add onion slice, garlic slice, ginger slice, and carrot slice to the oil.
  • Saute these for 1 minutes.
  • Add 4 cups water to the carrot mixture.
  • Cut the chicken breast in cubic size.
  • Add chicken to the mixture.
  • After boiling add lemon juice, sugar, salt, and black pepper powder.
  • Stir it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Take corn flour in a bowl and add ½ cup of normal water.
  • Mix it very well.
  • Add corn flour mixture to the chicken.
  • Separate egg white from the egg and beat the egg white.
  • Add white egg slowly to the soup. Stir continuously.
  • Then add sliced cilantro to the soup.
  • Hot chicken cilantro soup is ready to serve.
  • Turn off the burner. Take out the soup in your serving dish.
  • If you want to make this low-fat recipe more delicious you can add fresh cream to the soup.
  • Serve the soup as hot otherwise, the color of cilantro will be fade.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Cut onion, ginger, garlic, and carrot into julienne size. Add ginger slice, garlic slice, and onion slice to the oil. Saute for 1 minute.
